Im losing my mind!!!!
My DD is a little over six weeks old and is going backwards.
She will not sleep during the night. I have been up since 230. Trying to get her back to sleep is impossible. I dont know what im doing wrong. I thought it gets better. Thats what everyone says, instead its getting worse.
Its so frustrating. Is this time a difficult time??? Did anyone's DC have problems around 6 weeks.
Im at a loss for what to do. I hope she doesnt have her days and nights confused. She will nap during the day in her swing for a few hours. Even when she doesnt nap and is up for all hours during the day, her night sleep is still horrible.
Is it bad to keep her sleeping in the car seat? It seems like she likes it better there.

You're not doing anything wrong. It's definitely hard in the beginning. I let DS nap in the swing until he was almost 3 or 4 months old. He also slept many nights in his car seat.

At that age, let her sleep whereever she sleeps best. She is so little, so don't worry about creating bad habits like sleeping in the swing or carseat. And depending on your comfort level, you can try letting her sleep on her stomach. Both my kikds slept on their stomach from the beginning once they could lift their heads.
