I'm torn birthday theme related

I don't know if I should do just cookie monster alone or all the sesame street characters.
I know that I may have more options with all the characters but I feel like its been don't so many times
what do you think?

i would just do cookie monster!!! he's always been my favorite!!! you could do...
-royal blue table cloths
-royal blue balloons
-print out of cookie pin the cookie in cookie monster's mouth game
-get a toss across game and put a pic
of cookie on one of the flippy things and give each child 3 turns with the bean bags and they get a prize if they get into cookie's mouth
-a friend of mine made cookie monster cupcakes. if you want i could find a pic. she said it was really easy.
ill let you know if i have any more ideas!!!
