When my brothers died I went through stages. I would want support, then a few weeks later I wanted to be alone. Ultimately though, I found myself relying on myself.

When Im REALLY upset/Depressed I dont talk about it, I cant it seems. When its something that may seem dark but I know its not major, I can rely on people and open up.
