Byron Lake Park in Oakdale- it has a cute playgroud w/ baby swings. Also a pond and you can feed the ducks.
Beaverdamn Park in Islip Terrace- baseball field where my family plays and a clean playground for the kids.
Brookwood Hall in Islip- love it cause there are tons of dukcs to feed and they come really close to you too. It has a playground as well. Beautiful scenery which is a plus for picture taking.
Sayville Park on Foster Ave in Sayville- beach and park.
Belmont Lake Park in No Babylon (off southern State) great state park. Besides basball fields, basketball courts and playgrounds they have a cool bike trail and canoeing.
There are so many others but I can't list them all.

This is a very nice park and playground!
How come I never run in to anyone when I'm there?? There's another park that is small but nice not to far from there. I tend to go there because you can always get a swing and it still has a walking path and fields.

Diamond in the Pines Park in Coram
Holtsville Park
Sylvan Park in Miller Place (just discovered this one!)

Cedar Creek -Seaford
Spino - East Meadow
Forest City in Wantagh -- we live down the block and can walk there -- we love it there!! I pack lunch and we walk there.
