Infant Acne - normal? or should I change body wash?
Gianna has a few little pimples on her forehead (normal I think?) and she just developed two more above her upper lip.
Should I ignore them and chalk it up as being totally normal, or could she possibly be developing an allergy to her body wash? I use Johnson's body wash on her.
Thanks!!!

Most babies get baby acne...totally normal. And a lot of times, it comes out of no where. Their face/body will be completely clear and then bam, it'll sprout up. How old is she? If you've been using the same bodywash for awhile and there's never been a reaction, I wouldn't be worried!

Totally normal. My DD had baby acne. It was at its worst when she was around 6 weeks. Just keep her face clean. It usually gets worse before it gets better. Some say use aquaphor but nothing helped for me just waited it out. Ava is now 4 1/2 months and her face is all cleared up.

oh, this makes me feel better!
Gianna will be 6 weeks on Sunday, so it seems like it's happening as a pp mentioned.
The body wash that I've been using on her has been the same since day one, so I guess I won't need to change over to a different soap.
Thanks!!!
