inner thigh moves?
What are the best moves to target the inner thighs?? Any help? Tia!!

you can't spot reduce
but you can do lunges, plie squats (tuck your hips under when you do these - don't let your butt stick out) and side lunges.
for variation/change the difficulty with the lunges or plie squats, you can go down for a count of 2, come up up on 2 (or down for a count of 3, up on 1, you get the idea).
