Interviewing while pregnant
If you are or have interviewed while pregnant at what point do you let a potential employer know that you are pregnant? I would think once you were actually offered the position but would you do it once the offer is made or wait until after you have already started? What if you were to interview with a previous employer for the same position you held previously?

Interviewing while pregnant
i'm in the middle of an interview process right now and I am 26 weeks. For the first interview I had with them, I wore loose fitting clothing that hid it pretty well and did not tell them I was pregnant. I am going back for a demo lesson (teaching job), and because I will be in front of them for a full 40 minutes teaching a lesson, I will most likely tell them that day.
If you are able to, I would wait until you absolutely have to tell them that you are pregnant. Until you are offered the position, it's really none of their business anyway!

Re: Interviewing while pregnant
If you have a good relationship with the previous employer, especially if you know the interviewer, I'd tell them up front and let them know of your plan if you were to work there. I know this isn't what most would do but I feel like they can't not hire you because you're pregnant and I don't like the idea of being deceptive. I guess it also depends on HOW pregnant you are... If you're very early I might keep it to myself but otherwise I'd let them know.

Legally, you are under no obligation to tell them and they cannot ask you, nor can they use it when deciding whether to hire you.
What you ethically feel comfortable doing is different.
How far a long are you? And how long ago did you leave the previous company?

Interviewing while pregnant
I'll be 11 weeks on Sunday. I don't have a problem not telling potential employers during the actual interview process. I'm just not sure when the right time would be if I was offered a position. Do I wait until I'm there a week or two or do I just tell them at the time of offer.
I am also in the process of setting up an interview with my old employer whom I like very much. Part of me thinks that I should be straight forward during the interview because I don't want it to seem like I was misleading in any way

Re: Interviewing while pregnant
At 11 weeks you're probably not showing. I personally wouldn't even think of telling people until the second tri, at the earliest. So for now, there's nothing to tell.
I'd probably tell them when I got the offer, before accepting, because you'd have to work out with them your leave time. Just so you know, you likely won't have any paid maternity. You'll be entitled to 6 weeks (8 for c-section) of unpaid leave.

Interviewing while pregnant
I get that I wouldn't be elig for paid maternity which is fine by me because I am not covered at my current position either.
Thanks all for the advice
