Inviting My Mom to my Level II scan?
I thought i'd be getting more sonos but according to dr. my Level II may be the last one they do. My mom expressed interest in coming (she's never seen one for a baby etc.) Is anyone else having someone come in addition to DH? I don't think DH will mind - i'll ask tonite.

It was initially going to be just DH and I. I'm up in the air about inviting my Mom. I might, we'll see. I didn't ask DH yet.

I brought my mom - in fact my DH hasn't been able to come to a lot of my appt recently esp since I switched to a doctor in the city - so my mom takes me.
I think it is great to include her with your DH and I know for my mom it is really special for her.

I was just thinking about this yesterday. My mom kind of made me feel guilty early on because "I don't need her" so I said, Ok, you can come to the next sono. Of course, the next sono is my level II & now I want it to be just me & dh.
I'm just going to suck it up & make her happy.

That's so great My mom went to my Level II and she loved every minute of it, and she is a nurse so she knew alot of questions to ask the Doc that I would never have remembered to ask. Have Fun

we took our MIL. DH is an only child (im one of 5 and my parents have 2 grandchildren already) and i knew how much it would mean to his mom if we invited her to come along...
i am having a growth sono next month though and ill probably bring one of my parents to that...

I took my mother with DH and I to our Level II and she loved it. She was amazed by the technology and how much you can see.
I guess it's a personal choice but I liked that she was there.
