Irish Soda Bread in Loaf Pans
Anyone have a recipe for Irish Soda Bread you can make as a loaf in a pan rather than the traditional round? I want to give them as gifts.

There are a few recipes in the related links. I always just cook it in a loaf pan. It does take longer to cook though.
