Is it bad to give your DC yogurt and cheese

everyday? Not together of course.

DD isn't a big soymilk (she's milk allergic) drinker so I've been making sure she get's at least 1 soy yogurt and 2 slices of tofutti cheese everyday.

Can you have too much?

Both are cholesterol free...but the yogurt does have live cultures - doesn't too much yogurt cause yeast infections??? or does it help one? I'm so clueless!!


ETA: what about dried fruit? It's her new obsession all day long!!!

I don't think it is bad at all. They need stuff high in fat for their brain development so the cheese is great and yogurt helps yeast infections. My dd eats yobaby everyday!!

We asked at the doctor and they said as long as you are not giving it at every meal, it is good to have every day.

i give my son both every day they are 1 thing he actually enjoys eating.

today he had cheese on toast at lunch with Pirates Booty and after his dinner of grilled veggie Boca burger and peas he had a yo baby for dessert i dont think there is anything wrong with having them every day they are essential for good fats and protein

since my DD doesnt drink a lot of milk her dr actually told us to make sure she eats a lot of dairy throughout the day - on a normal day she'll eat atleast a yo baby yogurt and a string cheese.....

I hope it's not bad...we do it all the time. DD loves cheese and yogurt.
