Is it normal for a sinus headache
to last for like 4 days? Or sinus problems?
i dont know what to do to make it go away.
tried the hot compress, vicks, saline spray.

Maybe you have to go to a doc and get real meds.
Apparently the weather esp rain bring it out more...I know for me it does.
I also lost my voice a month ago due to my sinuses.

Yes, I get them all the time. Take some Clariton D if you can. It will help within a half hour.

You might have a sinus infection- in which case it will last FOREVER.
If you go to the Dr they can give you antibiotics for it.

I often get them and they last until the barometric pressure changes...feel better
I find often just take a decongestant to alleviate the sinus pressure

I get sinus trouble but this sounds like an infection. I've reduced my sinus troubles to nearly nothing since I've starting using a Neti Pot!

i have chronic sinusitis and it s*cks!!!
i have went to the doc for thsi a million times.. half the time i think its a simple sinus headache its really a weak migraine.. sooo maybe thats ur case too (i have perscription meds for both so its a guessing game on which to take when)

sudafed works great. not to be gross, but have you noticed strange colored snot? thats the classic sign of a sinus infection.

My doctor had told me that I could wind up suffering from a very bad headache (sinus-like) up to a month after having my epidural. Did you have one? Do you think maybe it can be this?

Oh wow...really?
Whats funny is when my back hurts at the epi site...thats when the headache worsens, but I said the two could not be related b/c its such a sinus like feeling.
I guess it could be.....
yes I had a c/s so I had a spinal/epi

I feel for you Donna After I had my first DD I suffered crippling sinus headaches.I literally had to crawl on the floor to get anywhere. I didn't have a c-section or Epi. It finally went away after several weeks. I was breast feeding so I just took Sudafed. I hope you feel better soon

If you have a sinus infection you need to get it treated or it will never go away. Antibiotics is all you need.
