is it normal that toast is one of my favorite foods?
I have just come to this conclusion. I freaking love toast.
It's easy to make. It never disappoints. It's ready quickly.

Like the smell of a bagel toasting even-- gives me the most insatiable cravings... and I don't like to eat bagels too often.

Actually, I love any and all bread. You should see how fast the bread basket is emptied at a restuarant with me and Dh there

Yup! Wonder break white toast is my favorite. I eat it at least 5x a week as a snack after dinner or in the morning! But sometimes it's so fresh I just can't toast it.
I go through a loaf of bread by myself in less than a week.

In the UK Toast is one of the major food groups....they are as such:
Chocolate
Toast
Cheese
Beef
Chips (fries)
Those are all you need to eat for a healthy British diet.

Love toast. When I was younger, I would visit my family in Ireland. My cousin and I would nearly go through a loaf of bread. I love toasted Irish bread! If you are ever near Little Shop of Shamrocks in Islip, go to the freezer section and buy a loaf of bread. Yes, it's $5 but just thaw out what you need and keep the rest frozen. While you're there, pick up some irish sausages too!! Now I'm craving an Irish fry! A toast to toast!

I've never considered heated bread a "food", but hey, to each his own.
Although I will admit that Nutella on toast is out of this world!
