Is it ok to have different bus pickup and drop off locations?

Just wondering. My kids hours for summer will change. So I would need the bus to pick up from my house in the morning and drop them off at my MIL in the afternoon. This would be ok, right? So long as it's the same pick up and drop off every day?

I would check with the school. That kind of stuff makes me nervous. What if one day you have off & want them back to your house....or a different bus driver. Things get twisted very easily.

Yes, I am going to check with the bus company but figured I'd ask. Right now they get picked up and dropped off at my MIL which is annoying when I have off, but not the end of the world. I wouldn't change it for the days I have off.

There is a completely different bus and driver for the pickup and drop off and I believe different route (I think one child on their bus gets taken by his mom to school but the bus takes him home).

My son is picked up at home and dropped off at his aunt's house. No problems at all. If I am off in the afternoon or have something planned I will pick him up at school. Once or twice I have met the bus in the afternoon at the dropout because I did not make it in time to pick up at school.

Yes, we had morning pickup from home and afternoon dropoff at daycare, which was in a completely different town, 20 minutes further from school.
