I am in the UK and it costs me about $106 (£53)to fill up my Ford Focus...it used to cost me $60 (£30)

Yeah, but problem is that the capacity is not big so DH is filling it up like 2 x a week since he drives from Queens to Suffolk in it.

It costs us $90 (in US $ and $AU, thanks to the equal rates now ) to fill up our Holden 6 cylinder Commodore (like a Ford Taurus). We fill it up every two weeks b/c we usually use public transport. Petrol seems to be cheaper here than in the UK.

I don't know how much it costs to totally fill up my SAV, the pump shuts off at $100 and it is not completely full!
That's been our issue for years! Even before these high gas prices, most pumps would shut off at $75 and it always cost us over $100 to fill up. Now they've up'ed it to $100 and we still need to have them restart the pump.
Since it takes 10-15 minutes to fill, DH will leave the truck with the gas attendent and walk over to the local 7-11.

That's what we do. In general we use the Coralla for solo trips and when we only have a couple of the kids.

usually it's about $65 for my Camrys. I fill them about once every 3 weeks or so.
