thsi sounds like Ouidad's technique, I have really curly hair but I got it cut into the posh cut and now I have to blow it out all the time, I am so sick of it, I am growing t out and can;t wait to make an appt @ Ouidad once it is a bit longer, I LOVE THAT PLACE and all the products!!Chat Icon

Leaving a bit of conditioner in your hair works for SOME people -
Again, the morons at Devachan did this to me (I have A LOT of hair, but the texture is very soft and fine) so it makes my hair look awful and loses the curl -

The TShirt thing is just using a Tshirt to ring the water out of your hair rather than a towel - Don't 'scrub' the water out to dry though - I guess the texture of the material cuts down on the frizz?
Again, applying the product to my hair soaking wet doesn't work for me ..........I have to take some of the moisture out -

Thanks for the tip! Do you let it air dry or do you blow dry it? I'm constantly searching for better hair Chat Icon since having DS my hair has gotten so bad! I'm going to curlisto in the city next week so we will see how that goes Chat Icon

The no towel trick is good and for the winter use a difuser. It gives you nice bouncy curls, and you wont have to go outside with your hair wet.

I have never had success using a diffuser....how do you do it? any techniques anyone wants to share? I know that sounds spastic but do you do it in sections? Flip your head and just blow?

I scrunch my hair really hard (upside down)with gel in about 4 different sections. Then I diffuse my hair by flipping my hair over and holding the diffuser up into each section and holding it there for about 20 seconds for each section. I have my hair flipped over the entire time until the end where i stand normally and blow the front pieces of my hair into place since they are a little crazy after being blown upside down.
