Italian girls
wheres everyone from in Italy? or their parents or grandparents? My father is from Bari. and my husbands parents are from Sicily. Anyone else?

Both of my parents are from Casino (small town about halfway between Rome & Naples)
Dh's Dad's family is from Ischia- off the coast of Naples. His mom's family is from Poland though.

Dh's Dad's family is from Ischia- off the coast of Naples. His mom's family is from Poland though.
very nice! yeah, my mom is not italian. she is irish and english... but we were raised italian closer to the italian family and attended all the dinner dances for the italian society my father belongs to and stuff... dh and i went to italy for our hm which was real nice...

It's funny cuz DH's dad isn't Italian, he's Czech but raised much closer to the italian side of his family too and everything is italian only way you would know he's not 100% is our last name
we wanted to go to Italy too but couldn't swing it at the time so it's our next big trip

DH's parents are from Bari too - I wonder if they know your dad? They are from Sannicandro, Bari.

oh wow. he is from torito which is a small town in bari but they may know each other from all the picnics they do here and dinner dances for their town.. whats their last name? where do they live> fm me!

DH's family is originally from Naples on MIL's side and the Cataldo Sicily on FIL's side. BIL is in Italy for 3 weeks and thanks to Facebook actually got to meet up with cousins we've never met. They are living in Bracciano (about 30 mins outside of Rome).
