jarred vodka sauce- how do you "doctor it?"

First- I am not a connoisseur, I am serving it, however. Do you fix up your jarred sauce??

if you want to fix it up, you can cook some pancetta or prosciutto bits and add it in - and parmesan cheese on top

I saute onions and mushrooms and then add the sauce into the pan.

heat up oil in a pot and saute some garlic and add some white wine to until its reduced then add the jarred sauce and let simmer for 20mins. Comes out great every time.
