As for the houses they show them departing from. I do not believe they really live in those full time, I just don't! They make lots of $$$ I don't think they live at home. I think that was just for effect.

Don't watch it. Turn MTV off and then they won't get these huge salaries.
I've never seen a single episode of Jersey Shore. I know it's entertainment, but it's just stupid tv and not worth my time.

I totally agree! I was thinking that when I watched the first show this season. I think the only two that actually live in the house they left from was Jenni and Mike. I guess I am wrong, but I swore that the house Vinnie left from was not his parents house. I figured he bought a house.
I watch the show and like it, but I get upset that I enjoy it so much. I don't like that people like this are famous, and that I'm helping them by watching. My DH refuses to watch and you can't even talk about the show in front of him. He can't stand them! He also feels the same way about most of reality TV. He thinks all these shows are crap and the people are disgusting. Jersey shore just happen to be on top of his list as most hated.
