Let's be real. Any job where I don't have to get Cialis for my boss is a step up from this toxic dump!!!

Can that be considered sexual harassment ?

I'm honestly not sure?

My role is "exec assistant" which has now blurred into personal assistant, wife and 24/7 servant.

I can't imagine it could be. I would think having your assistant run to pick up your prescription would be on the same level as any other errand, unless he's giving a play by play of his activities after taking it. But if not, how is it any different than if she were to pick up his cough syrup?

Personally I would take the new job.

If some of the pay is off the books then its NOT a 6k cut, kwim?

Although I would ask that all of your pay goes on the books. This is just not something to F with as well. But if not it is what it is.

The current boss treats you like a slave. Is toxic. DEMANDS 24/7 service. Not flexible.

The new boss is chill, non toxic and does demand your on call 24/7.

Is 6k worth the toxic environment and being a slave to the boss?

I would take the new job and not look back. EVen if the old job offers you more. He might nice for a week, then go back to his old ways.

The new job sounds great.

New job for what every one else said. Also, your 3 yo will be in school very soon and having that one day off to go to school or be involved or maybe a trip with the class is well worth it!

Also, like others have mentioned, it's not even a pay cut since you are working 20% less per week.
