Jon Gosselin's Advice to Kate: Get Back to a Normal Life
Former reality star Jon Gosselin has some harsh words for his ex-wife Kate Gosselin following her PEOPLE cover story, in which she expressed concern for her family's future.
"Reality TV is not a career," Jon said in an new interview with RumorFix.com. "Get back to a normal life – a simple life."
Following TLC's cancelation of her Kate Plus 8, the reality star told PEOPLE she's "freaking out" about providing for her eight kids.
Jon, who says that he continues to pay child support and sees his kids "a lot," isn't worried.
"Things will work out the way they should work out," he said. "Obviously, there are families out there that have several kids – people work normal jobs, and things work out."
As for concerns that Kate might not be able to keep her farmhouse in Pennsylvania where she and the children reside, Jon responded: "I don’t have a farm on 24 acres and the kids seem to have a great time at my house."
Jon, whose divorce from Kate played out on TV in 2009, says he's given up his reality career and is leading a simple life, working as a computer support engineer.
"I go to work every day and provide for my family," he said. "I spend time with my kids – spend time on the weekends … and enjoy a normal lifestyle."

Sorry Kate - you can't expect everything in life for free! Get a job or at least be nice on tv so people will want to watch you!

Says the guy who HAD TO go back to normal life after being KICK OUT of reality TV. Sleeping with everyone wearing a skirt.

ITA! She's ****** that her show is over on TLC cause that might mean she has to work in the real world!!!

Did you ever watch how she treated him? she was an unholy TERROR! what he did wasn't right, but I can't completely blame him.
He escaped the leech and got a semi-normal life back...
now she can't leech on TLC anymore, so she's piddling her pantz... maybe she'll just auction off a couple kids.

I literally stopped watching her show when they divorced because it stopped being reality to me. I also could not read her people magazine article from these week past the first page it made me so mad. Its OBVIOUS that she is trying to get Mady a job with Disney and herself a job on a tv talk show. I ban myself giving her anymore attention and refuse to watch anything she is on. That car purchase the same week of this article really reflects whomshe is as a person. They all need major therapy.

Honeslty I never liked him but he sounds more normal than her lately.
