journaling effectively ? (food and exercise?) ideas ?/feedback
those that journal/document food AND exercise, what is the format/layout of your journal. what info is impt, what can be left out.
I DO want to start journaling so I can look back and see what was good/bad, but also dont want it to be time consuming. and if it gets sloppy (no rhyme or reason), I know I wil stop
im thinking a small size (maybe 8X11 paper folded) where I can take it tothe gym with me also.
feedback on this ? thanks !

Re: journaling effectively ? (food and exercise?) ideas ?/feedback
I have a little notebook (no bigger than 4x6). And this is how I set everything up...
Monday, March 30, 2009
B 3 pancakes Butter Syrup
L Steamed Chicken
S 100 Cal Snack
D Filet Mignon Steamed Broccoli
Exercise: 30 minutes Elliptical
(Sometimes I even write a list of things I need to do around the house that day so I can see how productive I've been)
Hope this helps you!!!

thanks guys- Im doing WW CORE, so I only need to track the 5 cheating points I call them
but Id like to document as much as posible to be accountable and reflect back if I see myself not losing feeling better, etc.

I don't do it but have been thinking about it. I just feel like I'd be rather OCD about it so I just avoid it all together
But anyway, I have seen a lot of great journals you can buy in the book store. They have all different kinds but if I was to journal by hand I would definitely go and pick one of them up.
