Just a general question about double strollers...

Let's say you have a child who is 2 - 2 1/2 years old and a newborn. Is a double stoller feasible?

Was looking at a friend's registry and it got me thinking about when we're going to TTC for baby#2 and wondered if a double strolled would be worth it.

some people use the sit & stand strollers from joovy or baby trend with that age.

I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old and love my sit and stand stroller. The infant seat attaches to it and my DS sits strapped in facing me.

Hayley will be turning 3 one week after the baby is born. I plan on getting a double stroller because she still sleeps in the stroller for me. She will fall asleep in the car and I can put her in the stroller and she will continue to sleep.

I was going to get the sit and stand but because of Hayley liking to sleep and the fact that she is nosy and like to watch where she is going I decided to get the double stroller.

I have seen alot of the sit and stands for kiddies of those ages. the side by side is hard because the toddler will not be in it long and you will be spending a lot of money for such a short time.

Mine are 14 months apart so i had to get a double.

BUt now that DD's 2 she's giving me a harder and harder time about going into the reg stroller.

IF she was older than 2 when #2 was born, i'd def get the sit n stand. I like the baby trend brand, not a fan of Joovy, my fav is the one from One step ahead.
