Just curious - How to Find Info on C-section Rates of Hospitals and Dr's

I would think this info would be gathered and obtainable to the public, or at least I think it should be.

I would love to know C-section rates of particular hospitals and doctors.

I realize that maybe some Dr's and hospitals just have more women that really need sections, but I would like to see those that have especially low or high rates.

Anyone know how to go about finding this info?
