It was so nice - I got so many cards since it was my 1st. The holiday really meant so much to me this year, and it was so nice of people to think of me - thanks again Conigs!

Only after I said I was disappointed that my mom did not get me a card did she get me a card. She gave DH a father's day card last year and tons of presents. My dad said to my mom how he thought she had purchased a card for me and he thought it was wrong that she did not do so. I will say I was really upset about mother's day this year. I feel like my mom treats my DH better than me.

DH didn't get me card because "I'm not his mother."
My mom got me a card.
My nieces sent me a card.
MY MIL did NOT.

I only got one from my parents. DH didn't buy me one from him or from DD. And my IL's didn't even wish me a happy mother's day.
