Just curious...anyone shower at night
To save yourself time in the morning?
I like to shower in the morning, but now I'm really debating it....if I shower at night I could sleep a little longer in the morning and actually take my time showering. And it would be easier to fix my hair in the morning when its almost dry.
Just curious....

I used to, when I was in grad school. I would rather shower in the morning. But, with two newborns, I think I need to switch it up and go back to showering at night.

yep, most of the time. Its the only way I can take a nice long hot shower and relax a bit, mornings are hectic.

I like taking a shower in the morning, but now that I have DS and am back to work, some days I shower before bed to make sure I don't run late in the mornings.
I've been thinking about switching to showering at night altogether since my mornings are always way hectic.

I dont but Im SO jealous of all of you that can do this.
I have super oily hair and even if I shower the night before, when I wake up it looks like I dunked by head in the exxon valdez spill! Do any of you have oily hair, if so, what do you do about it? How do you fix the bed head? I would love to be able to shower at night.

Yes- even pre-DC I get up very early- but now I work out after she goes to bed, so it's really a necessity. In the mornings I wet my hair and dry it.
ETA- Melissa, what about doing a quick shampoo in the AM? Would that work? It's still faster than a shower. Sometimes I deep condition my hair overnight and washing it does not take that much longer than wetting it (though my hair is short- another point for mommy hair  )

yup, every night.
It's not that i have no time in the morning, it's the fact that my mornings are unpredictable. Sometimes DS wakes up at 7:30, sometimes he sleeps til 9 or 10. I hate leaving him in the crib when he wakes up.

I do. I find it really only takes me about 15 minutes to get ready in the a.m. (including hair & makeup) if I shower at night. And so much easier to just get up and go.

same here! most days in the summer i take one in the AM and PM but i totally need a shower to feel like i can start my day and fully wake up.

Ill have to try one morning and see if it helps.....on casual Friday though, LOL, just in case.

i love showers at night but i am OCD about shaving and shave every day in the morning. I tried doing it at night for a week but I "felt stuble" in the mornings so I ended up taking another shower in the morning anyway.
