K-Fed getting sole custody
They just said on Eyewitness News that the judge awarded Kevin Federline full custody of the children.
I feel terrible for those children. There really is no winning for them.
I hope Brittney gets the help she needs soon.

Hopefully this children will be surrounded by love and support after this ordeal while their mother gets the help she so desperately needs, whether she realizes it or not.

K-fed's lawyer said it best - there are no winners here and certainly nothing applaud.  Children - especially that age - need stability, love, comfort -and a sane mother. This is very sad.

One can only hope this will finally be the "wakeup call" that she needs.
I would have thought shaving her head and going into rehab was a wakeup call... then having custody go to KFed and getting visitation rights to your own kids would have been her wakeup call.... or maybe when she had to be supervised around her own children.
Just when you think she has hit rock bottom, she manages to dig herself a little deeper. I hope she starts heading in the right direction soon.... those poor boys.

I swear if I see pictures of her laughing and hanging out in Starbucks tomorrow I'm getting on a plane, driving to her house and punching her right in the neck.

I agree 100%. Some people never answer the wake up call. I hope she does for herself and her children. It's been beyond humorous for awhile now, I wish to God she would get herself together. All the money in the world won't buy those little boys happiness & security.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...She did not want those boys - she did nothing to keep them.
They are much better off with their father who doesn't have as much money as she does, but obviously loves them and wants to be with them.

Exactly. I am sure he has more than most and the children will be just fine. Maybe he was not the ideal husband, but he has stepped up to the plate and is taking care of his children.
