i think she looks really elegant and classic. when i first saw it, i wasnt impressed, i guess cause it has sleeves - but i know she had to be conservative. but after awhile it has grown on me and i do love it. i like the back of it too. very simple but elegant.

I didn't like it when I fist saw it, but the more I stared at her, the more I fell in love with it! She is very reminiscent of a late 1930's early 1940's bride.

while she looked beautiful-I felt that the dress was not wow. Diana's dress was no prize but there was something POWERFUL when we got to see Diana-I didnt get that with Kate.

I thought the bottom was going to be poofier and the train longer. but i thought it was absolutely stunning and perfectly suited for her.

Saw it on the news this morning I thought was was very befitting for a modern princess and a 6am ceremony on a chilly English morning. 
You know that it was 11am there, right? Still chilly though.

my first impression was ... oohhhh  its just eeehhhh. i mean, she looks beautiful but i was not floored. she is such a beautiful woman, I just didnt think this was "the best"
although, she needs to be elegant and regale, less flash more class and she did accomplish that
her makeup was ehhh as well

It was reported that she did her own makeup.
I think it's a really pretty gown but it doesn't feel grand enough for Westminster Abbey. I'd love to see some close up details.
