OMG!!! what wonderful and emotional update.

I am so happy for your family. The smallest signs that show "someone is in there" means so much! I know that look you are talking about. How he stares at you trying to understand it all, with a look of confusion, wanting to talk or communicate somehow. It's heartbreaking but at the same time there's hope!
You know he can understand and that's a HUGE step in the recovery process.

I have a tear rolling down my cheek as I read this Every sign, no matter how little it is, is a tear jerker at this point but so amazing. Your brother is responding & understands what is going on! The miracle of life is right before him....He is truly pulling & fighting bc he knows everyone around him is doing it along with him. That is his inner strength right now It is horrible to have something like this happen & that is when you realize the most what your relationship is!!!!

My thoughts & prayers are with your family always & will be until Kenny comes home

that is great news

my cousin was in an accident recently and they said the same thing-she had a terrible ct scan-well 3 mos later shes back at home and able to do things she did before
