I love it!! Even though my hair is mid neck length I am thinking about getting this done. The thought of only having to dry 5-10 minutes is appealing to me....Plus my DH won't complain that it takes me 30 minutes to do my hair Chat Icon

How long did the process take from start to finish and how far is the salon from you?

Thanks!

It was less than 2hrs, for me.
I was in at 4:30,out by 6.
The treatment, is quick, set in hair and then you sit for 20min. She then blows hair dry and then runs flat iron through it. That is what take time.
You can see my hair is fairly long too.

La Cole Salon is in Seaford, On Merrick Rd.
From home, its 10 min away, take 135 to Merrick rd, 1/2 mile up on right side.
I happen to work a block away from there.

I want to get this done.

When you say blow out your hair, do you have to full on blow it out or just blow it out. Does that make sense?

I used a paddle brush, section it and just blow it out.
I didnt need my flat iron.

ETA:
Today I didnt wash (cause you are not suppose to) and I used a curling iron and made curls all over.

Something I love about this! I couldnt do that with JHS.

I had this done before my wedding last year. It cost about $250 at a salon in Massapequa. I LOVE it!! I should have put it in my hair again sooner b/c I'm just starting to notice after 8 months that it's starting to come out!

As long as you take care of your hair by using the special shampoo & conditioner and only washing every 2-3 days to keep the coating in, it should last you awhile! it takes me about 5-10 minutes to blow dry my hair and i can still curl it if i want to. the best thing is there is no frizz!!! I would recommend it!!Chat Icon

ps- my process took a few hours. you have to use a special shampoo to cleanse all the chemicals out of your hair, then they put the coating in and have to let it sit, then your hair is combed, dried and flat ironed a certain amount of times on each section of hair and then you can't wash or touch your hair for 3-4 days afterwards. then i had to go back and have it washed out. i was probably at the salon the first time for 2-3 hours.
