Kid birthday parties? Do you tip?
Do you tip anyone when you have a party at Gymboree or a similar place?

Who do you tip? I've only spoken with the manager to plan it but we get a hostess for the hour when the kids will eat. Do I tip the hostess? How much?

Kid birthday parties? Do you tip?
You would tip the hostess. For my twins' birthday we tipped $50 total for the two girls that ran the party. Not sure if that was the right amount to tip, but i thought $25 a piece was good.

I usually give $20 if there's one hostess, $15 each if there's two. One time there was three and I also gave $15 each. I think a $20 is nice but I felt like $60 in tips would have been a bit much. I would also consider their level of involvement when deciding how much.

My sister worked at one of those places in college and people would tip the hostess. I think it depends on how many children, amount of time, and number of people working.
