I don't know, but she hasn't been on social media all day. Something must be wrong...
I just find it hard to believe that someone would stage something like this. It could really backfire on her to stage something like this.

I get all the "she prob faked it for attention/media/publicity" but what reason would the paris police have to go along with it? I think it's a true story and scary a.f. at that.
For "proof" that it happened. I'm not saying the cops were in on it but that they were likely really called to the scene. Was all the jewelry hers or borrowed? Any other witnesses besides her and the security guard?

I have to be honest this was my very 1st reaction...
If its not then its absolutely terrible and no one NO ONE deserves to go through it. Its terrifying I'm sure... I hope shes ok and gets through it I know that something like that can be quite traumatizing.

True. I believed it more before I heard they tied her up with packing tape and handcuffed her and still managed to escape her bonds.  If she did bust out, more power to her. I can barely get into a package with a pair of scissors.

The French police would never be in a publcity stunt like that. Not in past and never in current terrorist environment. And not in a presidential election year.
People are already calling on a Ryan Lochte scheme.
As terrifying as the story is it just does not add up. Too much convenient coincidence.
No security. Lots of jewelry. She is left untouched by 5 men and she can free herself?
If true, she was super lucky.

I was thinking the same thing. Was just listening to CNN and they interviewed someone that said that they would likely tap into the "fencing network" in Europe to sell the diamonds. It's just like any other stolen item I guess. There's a black market for everything.

Obviously I would never wish ill on her even though I am not a fan. But honestly she brags non stop aboutbher wealth and sets herself out to be a target. Generally I don't have a blame the victim mentality, but you don't see Reese WItherspon or JEnnifer Aniston flaunting their baubles every single damn day. If this wasn't a publicity stunt and is the real deal she's needs to calm the F down with flaunting her wealth

I find it really sad that when something happens to another human that we are still attacking her no matter who it is. To blame that she flaunts her wealth is the same things as saying a woman wearing skimpy clothing "asked for it". It was not a publicity stunt. She doesn't need to boost her popularity and if it was the whole family would have been tweeting as soon as it happened.. They also tied up another person in the lobby. They stole borrowed jewelry as well as her own. It was obviously an inside job by professionals.

Were you there? Can you say 100% it wasn't a publicity stunt? Are you a close friend of hers? Not trying to be b@tchy, but none of us know the real story and actually have no way of knowing. I lean towards publicity stunt or inside job, but that's just my opinion. i have no idea what really happened, as I wasn't there!

Yes it is sad that her and her family track record do make us question the validity of her claim. But no, I am not above her doing a publicity stunt. Neither are plenty of people. Maybe because she does try to boost her popularity constantly. The family seeks media and public attention all the time. And if they are not talked about every 2-3 months they come up with something outrageous to be again the center of attention.

i noticed that none of the Kardashians have posted anything on social media since last night (I just looked at Snapchat & Instagram). I wonder if this will change how much and what they post. I looked at Kim's Instagram and she posted a closeup of her ring 4 days ago, then last night she was posting how she was in for the night and face timing her brother, at the same time that her sisters are posting videos of themselves out dancing. That family posts so much and in real time, someone could have figured out that she was alone. This is a good reminder that you never know who is watching on social media, not just celebrities but regular people too!
