Knives
I bought two new knives. Wonder if anyone has them or knows about them. They are Shun knives. I got the full education at the store and I really liked them. I actually used them in the store which is something I have never done.
Blew my Wustof and henkels out of the water. It was a ton of moolah so I'm hoping they are all they are cracked up to be.

when i was out looking for a knife set I stumbled upon them....but they were way out of budget!!!! I wound up with the Henkels Professional and I love them. Maybe I'll have to add a Shun to my collection now

I just got them. I didn't open the box. I don't want to have buyers remorse. They were so awesome in the store. It was totally an impulse buy. My Henkels have not stood up.

Never used shun....We use Wustoff and global the professional lines and they are fantastic!
I will have to look into them

they blow the wustof's away. I was the super chopper in the kitchen on Sunday. I can't believe how fast I got through red onions, peppers, tomatoes and cheese..

I never heard of the brand and I have another $$ that for the life of me I can't remember, it's mail order. Anyway the set was super $$$ so I sympathize with the guilt, but good knives are so worth it.
