Hello all...

We wanted to let all the patients know that we've been reading the threads/posts and we are listening!

Some of you have expressed concerns about late delivery, insurance issues, medication substitution, etc. Understand that we work VERY closely with all the Physicians and Nurses throughout the tri-state area and beyond. Also, we are very up-to-date with the changes in pharmacy insurance coverage... sometimes ahead of the membership. That's our job. And we still offer FREE same-day delivery for our patients...even Sundays and Holidays.

But above all, we are here to serve YOU, the patients. If you have any questions regarding your meds, insurance problems, delivery situations, or even need general information, please call the Pharmacy directly @ (718) 821-1313. You can ask for Gary, Isa (like Lisa but no "L"), Anthony or Sally.

Our staff is working EXTREMELY hard to get your orders processed, packed up, and shipped out so that your cycles will not be interrupted.

Our after-hours answering service is dedicated to tracking the deliveries. And if you need to speak to a Pharmacist or a representative of the company, please call (516) 317-2973 after 8:00pm. Please use this number for emergencies only.

We know how stressful the process can be first-hand. So, we want to provide the best pharmaceutical care at a stress-free level for you patients. If you're not happy or satisfied, please reply to this topic or call us. You can Email us your concerns to [email protected].

Our dedication to our patients is unsurpassed and our same-day service is unmatched...but if your not happy, we're not successful.

Thanks for the info....I have bookmarked this thread should I need this contact information again. I am currently on hold with your pharmacy to speak to you regarding all the substitued meds you gave me last night.....its going on 2 minutes....I'll update you on how long it takes to actually get someone to speak to me.....
