My son is one month old. After 2 1/2 week of exclusive breast feeding - he wasn't back to his birth weight. I went to a LC at S. Nassau hospital and was told I needed to suppliment and pump after each feeding. He is now gaining weight fine. But my nipples are killing me and at times he refuses to nurse.

I want to find a LC that will come to my home to help us.

I'm in the Wantagh/Seaford area.

Any suggestions appreciated.
