Ladies who did the vaginal delivery- Experience Please!
I know I have a scheduled c-section right now but I was asked to do so since the hospital needed to get me on the appt books.
I am fully allowed to change my mind if all works out and the boys are head down position.
If so, I will try to go vaginally.
If babies arent, it will be a c-section.
Being I did this with my DD, I know what to expect with one baby but not two.
TIA for sharing what you can.

We had a similar birth experience... same number of weeks, even the same practice of docs
I was incredibly lucky.
I don't remember all of the details but induced Monday night at 10 pm. All meds worked perfectly cervadil, petocin, and according to schedule.
The next morning I had three contractions in a row similar to the type of menstrual cramps that stop you in your tracks. At that point I asked the nurse if I could have the epi. OB gave the okay, epi administered, felt nothing as DH was reading the monitor and watching the contractions get intense... kept asking me, "Holy @#$%, did you feel that?" "Um, no... " I think a few hours went by, again, when I could feel the contractions for the third time I said something to the nurse. She checked me and said, "Oh yeah, looks like you are ready! (10 cm)". Doc came in, resident, two nurses for each baby, a nurse and a student nurse for me all within a few minutes. I do remember saying, "Where's the caterer and whose making the drinks?"
Doc told me to push. OK, now this is the part where my BF says she hates me
born in 6 pushes 1:09 born in 3 pushes 1:12
I know, very lucky.
I wanted to nurse them immediately, nurses helped me.
Only thing that freaked me out a bit? Nothing new for you as you've done this before... I completely forgot about the episiotomy I start to wonder, "Why is the doc STILL down there? " Then I see him sewing I just turned to my DH.
Nurses got me up a short time later. And all I can say is God Bless L/D nurses
The babies roomed in with me.

That sounds amazing L&D, what week did you give birth?
Were the twins always head down for you??
What doctor and what hospital?
What was the recovery like after the episotomy?
