Landscaping Question...
My front yard has those old school huge bushes -- I want to have it all ripped out and have plants put in. Is it still too early? What is the best time?

Landscaping Question...
Not sure of the best time, but now would probably be difficult since the ground is still so frozen solid. I'd probably wait until the temps are significantly above freezing for an extended period of time.
