Larger Tub or Bath Ring??
Ds is 5 months old . He is just getting too big for his tub...we have the FP Whale tub. He sits up, kicks out, wants to splash about but has no room. When he sits up he tries to play with the faucet, spray and turn on the faucet. He's just getting too big for the kitchen sink and that tub. We have his 6 month well visit on 10/30 but at his 4 month visit he was almost 17lbs and 27inches long.
Can you Reccomend your larger tub, bath ring or other? Why do you like one vs. the other??

I got the Eurobath, it's pretty huge and I use it in our bathtub. http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2404856

We have this inflatable tub... I love it, we've been using this since 6 months and still are at 13.5 months.
ETA: Got it at target or BRU, can't remember.

Re: Larger Tub or Bath Ring??
We put the baby tub inside our tub first so that he could splash all he wanted. Then when he got used to sitting up by himself, we took the baby tub out and just used the normal tub.
He also can't touch the faucets this way.

This is what we're doing - the Whale tub is tight right now so we're moving him out soon. I just need to buy a mat for the bottom of the tub so he isn't slipping everywhere.

Is this thing slipery? I feel like DS will try to stand up and slip and land head first in the water. I like this better than the Eurotub. But Eurotub is looking better and better the more I hear of it.

Re: Larger Tub or Bath Ring??
We just did the bath ring at 5 or 6 months. I was laways afraid he's slip and fall back if he wasn't supported in something! I don't think we put him right into the tub until he was about a year old. Maybe a little older.

Re: Larger Tub or Bath Ring??
I used a bath ring with DS and am now using it with DD. I love it, easy and convenient. Now that DD is sitting up well I started using it.

It doesn't seem slippery, but then again DD actually never tries to stand up in the bath!
