Lasik Surgery
I just called Dr. Donnenfeld's (TLC) regarding Lasik surgery. They said I would have to be out of my contacts for a month to truly assess my cornea's shape since I sleep in my contacts at night.
If you had lasik surgery, was this the case for you?

a good friend at work is having the surgery TOMORROW....
i sent him your question - and he said: yes, for my practice - the doc said 3 weeks. Generally its anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks for soft contacts, 3 weeks for gas permiable and 4 weeks for straight up hard..
