Leasing Question - Benefits to a 27 Month Lease?
My neighbor leases her cars for 27 months. Is there a benefit to doing this over a 36 or 39 month lease? Are the payments smaller? The only thing that is obvious to me is you can get into a new car sooner. But is there something I'm missing?

payments are normally higher
when you increase the months- the payments go down
