I took a 3 month maternity leave. Used CAR days then didn't get a check for the rest of my leave. Got a check about a month after returning back to work. All summer they deducted money from my paystub. Is this what they do even though I didn't get paid for over 2 months after I used my CAR days for the first 6 weeks?

you get a pro-rated summer pay based on how much of the year you worked, so that makes sense that your summer pay was less
