Left Over Roast Beef
I usually make hot roast beef sandwiches - toasted french bread rubbed with a cut garlic clove, thinly sliced roast beef, sauteed onions, provolone. Pop under the broiler to melt the cheese, serve with aus jus or gravy.

I just make sandwiches on white bread. Cold roast beef slices with some ketchup on white bread.
If I had to make a meal, I'd probably just heat up the slices with some gravy and make another meal.
