The list would be too long....
I think most of the "rules" are ridiculous and I don't abide by them.
Ditto!
I even have a glass of wine every few weeks  I completely forgot about the cold cut rule until I read this thread so that hasn't applied to me

whats wrong with feta cheese or cooked sushi?
My Dr. said that any cheese was fine as long as it was pasteurized....
