I know that ivf results in more boys,but ivf with icsi result in more girls. I thought I read once washing produced more make sperm but for the life if me I can't remember where I read it.

So 50% of the people that tried Shettles will be successful and will talk about it. The other 50% prob won't mention it.

Except it's not. If you read online -- people do find success with it.
Yeah it's not getting endorsed by a scientific/medical community... but it would be like if we had a big group of people here on LIF who tried it. People still go by what their peers find to be true.
And it was definitely not 50/50 with the group of people I know. I had a group of friends I know tried it and out of 8... it worked for all but one.

This sounds like BS to me  every pregnancy you have a 50/50 chance IMO and once you have that little boy believe me you won't mind at all if the next is a little boy  
I TOTALLY agree!!
I couldnt wait to have another little boy after having my first..I remember holding him and saying "oh my goodness I could have ten more boys.."
I'm 33% there, lol! third baby boy on the way!!

I hqd a girl & then a boy. Its going to be a while if ever before I personally test this theory! BUT...
My mom had 2 girls followed by 2 boys. SO has 2 younger sisters. My dad has a younger sister.
I'm not buying it personally.
