How do you feel about this? Discuss. Is lipa five- year plan unreasonable or necessary to ensure the utility future?Lipa 17.2% hike

Didnt they just raise rates b/c of the rising fuel costs? Meanwhile oil/gas prices are lower now than they have been in years 
IMO it's just another excute to make more $$$.

Bottom line- rates will never come down.
They just keep going up and up and up... Just like taxes!
