Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I saw a snip it of them on some interview and the mother said that she gave the police names of people that could be involved.
I don't get this. You have a list of people that you think could have taken your child in the middle of the night?
It does say online that everyone has been cleared, I just don't get it.
Something is not adding up in this case.

Mom also failed the polygraph and is a suspect. I think they are definitely involved.
If my DD was missing I would be INCONSOLABLE. I would not even be able to speak or give interviews!

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I that I am wrong but from the beginning, things sounded off to me. The cellphone thing doesnt make sense. Why would someone take them to delay the police being called? Wouldnt they just make the assumption that they had a hard line? If you were going to sneak into someone's home wouldnt you just take said baby and leave? Why were all the lights on? There were other kids home. Have they been questioned?

I saw an interview with them on some NY based news channel and thought of all the news channels to spread the news why a NY channel? They are from Missouri! They should be doing the local news and if they are then how are they doing so many interviews and able to keep themselves together? As you said i would be inconsolable and it would take ALLmy strength to do just one interview.
This poor little girl.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
Really? You guys think that she's "keeping it together"? She's seemed on the verge of hysterics every time she's interviewed. That poor father looks like a zombie.
Laying around inconsolable isn't going to find that child. If being interviewed means getting the word out and possibly helping to find my kid I'd sure as shlt be on EVERY media outlet.
I pray like hell she isn't involved, because then it's likely that poor baby is dead. But I think it's laughable that ANYONE can say how they'd act in this situation.

I agree. With the exception of the father. He just seems off to me.
As for the media. I'm sure they are doing local interviews. But the NY shows like The Today Show, Good Morning America and The Morning Show are shown throught the US. I watch them when I visit my daughter in Alaska. So I can definitely understand them going to the NY media. A LOT more coverage than their local news channel.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I'm going with the assumption that BOTH parents are on some heavy meds right now, as I know I would have to be to get through this So I wouldn't put too much stock in how they "appear" on tv really... I'm sure the police are piecing together more details than they're letting us in on, I do feel like there's parental involvement somehow, but based on the snippets I'm reading, not any of their interviews

Maybe bc she failed the polygraph? Doesn't add up. That is what seems so strange to me.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
Sorry can't edit on iPad, I'd also like to add that I only saw 1 Interview, and in that interview she "appeared" pretty calm.
Also, I know for a fact I'd be inconsolable. I nearly have a panic attack when I can't find her in my kitchen
. I hope I'm wrong about the parents, Either way I pray that little baby is safe

I agree with you all. I hate to say it - the second I heard the story I just had a feeling mom did something and is trying to cover up. I hope I am wrong and baby lisa comes home safe. Sadly, I think eventually we will find out the truth - that mom had something to do with it. A lot of things just dont sit right with me

I have to say that this type of situation is one in which you really have no idea how you would be unless it happened to you. I also know the more exposure you get the better it is for the kid, gives the kid a name and a family, lets the kidnapper know the child is loved KWIM.
I'm not saying they aren't involved, they very well could be, but I refuse to judge them based on a few minutes on a news program.
I that that baby girl comes home safe and sound!

Does anyone know why they have black garbage bags covering the windows in the baby's room?

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I think the cellphones, the lights being on, the baby monitor being on but mom didnt hear anything, (and her younger son was in bed with her too), a dog in the back yard that didn't bark are all bad signs!
That women who drowned her kids and claimed they were kidnapped also cried and brokedown on camera...so the moms reaction means nothing to me but I promise that no drug would calm me down enough to give an interview like that!

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
i heard that the parents are no longer cooperating with the police thats a big red flag to me also the fact that the window they said the kidnapper broke in through was right in the front and could be seen by the whole neighborhood is a little fishy to me ...poor baby she is beautiful I hope whereever she is she is being taken care of and if god forbid something bad has happened I hope she didnt suffer praying this story has a happy ending

They did say the baby had a cold. Maybe she was just too much to handle. Maybe she was crying non-stop. Who knows. I just thought that was a key thing in the story because many children die because their parents can't deal with their crying.

hmmm. perhaps they overmedicated her and she died? maybe they are covering it up?
i have a feeling they are covering up a murder, regardless of how it happened. SO sad.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I have followed this story loosely and have seen snipit's of the interviews,
My reaction and thoughts on this is they had a plan and maybe the husband carried it out. The husband not talking ever, or rarely, seems like the wife is taking control of how to deal with the media and investigators.
Does that make sense? Things are off. It doesn't seem right

Hmmm....didn't think about the over medicating..very interesting. Could possibly be. I do think something is fishy though. I don't know if I am just a light sleeper but if from the video the way the person had to go through so many rooms JUST to get to the baby's room, I would definately hear something and all the lights on would wake me up. They showed how hard it was just to get into the window. NO ONE heard a thing? Not one of the 3 people in that house and maybe even the baby crying from the noise and lights heard anything?

Hmm.....YES. Maybe she did something and he "took care of it" when he got home at 4am. Have they followed the cellphones also?
