Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
does anyone know what questions were asked of the mother on the lie detector that she failed?
i know it is not admissible in court so I wouldnt be surprised if they didnt release it?

I have followed this story loosely and have seen snipit's of the interviews,
My reaction and thoughts on this is they had a plan and maybe the husband carried it out. The husband not talking ever, or rarely, seems like the wife is taking control of how to deal with the media and investigators.
Does that make sense? Things are off. It doesn't seem right
I agree about something being fishy but, not about the husband not talking. I am def. the "take charge" person in my house. My husband would do the same thing. I would be the one talking and he wouldn't say a word. Just how it goes in our house. Not saying that I believe the Mom though....

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I was wondering if maybe she gave the baby either the wrong medicine or if too much and freaked out. Maybe she thought that they would take her other kids away or maybe she messed up something in the past and if her husband found out who knows...Maybe the father has no idea. If the baby was up all night being sick I would probably guarentee that the mother was up with her and who knows what could have happened and maybe she just cant admit it..

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
why do the police need the cellphones to see whom the Mom called that night With all this technology today, dont they just need the phn# and triangulate it to a nearby tower?

That is what I am thinking too. And can't they figure out where they are now?

If they are turned off or destroyed they won't be able to locate them.
Wonder if the need device to figure out where they were during a certain time period regardless if they made calls or not. This would help them narrow the search area.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
The Police won't confirm or deny to the public that she failed the polygraph. I think they were just telling her that to strong arm into admitting something that didn't happen. Just like they said that the family was not cooperating when they said they needed a break from the questioning.
It's not unheard of for children to go missing from their rooms in the night. Remember Elizabeth Smart? Also the neighbors said the father was VERY distraught but was holding it together while on camera.
The father didn't normally work the overnight shift. Could very well be that someone knew he wouldn't be in the home and had planned this.
I just saw that the police are looking at videos of a CA couple with a baby matching her description. Hoping she is found soon!

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
I am so freaked out by this case. It scares me if its true that a stranger kidnapped a baby in the middle of the night.
I think its suspicious though that the husband never works over night and this night he did, and the wife happened to leave the door unlocked which they say they never do. Seems strange to me.
I could never hold it together in an interview the way they can, especially the father who shows zero emotion.
I pray for the safety of the innocent baby girl.

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
The thought has also crossed my mind that maybe the father came home, did something to the little girl, covered it up, and then woke up the mom... Although if the parents are involved, I guess it's more likely to be the mom...

Re: Lisa Irwin Missing Case
Just saw on fox news.com that they're moving the search to a well near her house and that her family is preparing for the baby's Mother's arrest. Apparently surveillance video of her at a local grocery store got a clip of her shopping with another man while her husband was at work too. That poor little girl, it's so heartbreaking :(

they have looked into the man and there is no drama with that and its really not worth discussing the police said

The other man was her 20 yr old brother.
The cops seem to be interested in a homeless man who hasn't been since since they day of Lisa's disappearance

Ugh, this just makes me sick, I hope this isn't what happened! I've been following this case and it's just so crazy. Like many people I tend to think (sadly) that the mother had something to do with it . . . BUT if someone really sneaked in her house and stole her baby my heart breaks for her. I can't even imagine!

I haven't seen that mentioned
I thought all along that it was apparent from the videos that she is buying the one for the man because he hands her the money and it was rang up separately from the wipes, etc. Now it makes sense if her brother is only 20.
