asking price was 419 we paid 365.

We offered & paid asking price back in Sept/Oct 2001.
We were the 2nd offer the first day the house went on the market and we didn't want to risk losing it. (We had gotten into bidding wars on 3 other homes where the homes eventually sold for $50K+ more than their asking price.)
