Looking for a good sheppards pie recipe..

1pkg of ground beef
onion
frozen peas and carrots mixed
mushrooms
can of beef broth
flour
mashed potatoes
brown the meat with the chopped onion. once brown, put in bottem of casserole dish. use the same pand nd add a couple TBS flour and same amount butter to make a rou (sp?). Add the broth, season with salt and pepper or anything else you like. I mix the mushrooms in the gravy at this point. once thickened, pour over meat and mix. Put the frozen peas and carrots on top (still frozen). cover with mashed potatoes (see mashed potato thread).
Top with paprika for mke it look pretty. bake until the top start to look golden!
