Low grade fever/Diarhrea (TMI inside)...
DS has had 3 major mushy poops (sorry for TMI!!). Not completely liquid but more than just soft.
He has a 101-.5-101.7 fever.
Could it be teething for 2 year molars?
Except for last night, the 2 previous nights, DS woke up screaming and crying in the middle of the night. Would chew on pacifier? Felt better after Motrin.
He has beein shoveling his hands/fingers in his mouth like crazy.
Except teething. What could it be?
Please help me run through the possible viruses/diseases.

Well he could be having the mushy poop from the excess saliva. My ped told me that 101 and up was not teething but some sort of illness but who knows. Could it be his ears? Does he have allergies - I know several people are having seasonal allergies now - I think mold is high (at least it was the other day).
Could be any virus.

Re: Low grade fever/Diarhrea (TMI inside)...
dd who is 11 mos had symptoms like this last monday, i thought it was teething at 1st because she didnthave a runny nose, no cough or anthing else. brought her to the ped and he told us it was coxsackie! thats why she was getting fussy shen it was time to eat, her mouth was bothering her. he said its been going around and very common now with the kiddie pools, etc. but we werent at any pools, lol. still for the life of me cant figure out where the heck she got it. we were at two fairs that weekend and at the mall, maybe from a changing station there? my older kids were sick with it either, so who knows. hope he feels better soon!
