Low progesterone
I recently did Ivf and had my embryo transfer. I went for my first beta and my number was 100. Today I had my second beta and the number was 463, but my progesterone dropped from 9- a 4.5. How bad is ghis?

I am no expert, but I think that is low. Didn't the doctor put you on progesterone suppositories?

I know it's low. That's why I'm asking people how bad it is. Yes, I am on suppositories. Now getting switched to injections.

Oh, I'm sorry. I don't know how bad it is. I would ask on the Infertility board too if you haven't already.

Low progesterone
When I was about 5 weeks my progesterone was between a 1.4 and a 1.8 (kept getting blood work to confirm numbers - my doctor thought there was lab error when she got the first result back). She put me on suppositories and told me she's never seen a pregnancy last with such low numbers....I had a happy and healthy almost 2 year old son

I would like to say with my dd my progesterone went down to either a 5 or 6 and then they gave me crinone suppositories till 12 weeks and with my ds i know my levels were low also and also did crinone

Low progesterone
It's low. Mine was low like that my first pregnancy also (ivf as well) Once i switched to injections it went back up. Did they schedule another progesterone check for you once you switch over?

Suppositories won't show up in your bloodstream, so it's a moot point if you were on them. Injections will show up accurately in blood work.
